51. SALVATION
Salvation is not for us to win or lose
Because it is completely of God to choose.
In our salvation we can do nothing on our part
For salvation comes from the mercy of God’s heart.
To earn this mercy there are no acts for deeds
There are no prescribed religions or creeds.
To understand God’s mercy, just look what He has done
He gave this world His only begotten Son.
Jesus came here to liberate sin from us
To insure us we have a Father we can trust.
Christ did not have to subjugate Himself to the cross
He did this to prevent our salvation from being loss.
For where there is sin salvation can never be
Christ’s death on the cross was the price to set us free.
Sin is the only thing that separates us from God above
So pray for His mercy to unite you back into His love.
52.
LIFE ON EARTH
People of Earth, think of your life here
It is something you should hold preciously dear.
It is a gift from God above
A manifestation of His never ending Love.
We must learn to get along with one another
Treat everyone as a sister or brother.
We should learn of God’s nature and become His friend
If this world we are ever to transcend.
God has forgiven man’s original fall
He harbors no hate for us at all.
It is people who create anger, hate, and greed
No where do we find them as part of God’s creed.
So long ago Cain slew Abel
Let’s forgive and put an end to this fable.
We must learn forgiveness so we can see
How beautiful God created this Earth to be.
53.
A WISE OLE SOUL
The good Samaritan is a wise ole soul
For he is paving his way to heaven with gold.
The gold he posses is truly the very best
It will stand up to and pass heaven’s test.
For us the riches we accumulate must be absolutely pure
If in Heaven we expect them to endure.
If it be a selfish deed that we do
We will find ourselves locked out of Heaven’s gate.
God does know the reason for each act that we do
And by His justice He will render what is due.
The good Samaritan could be you or me
So extend yourself to the stranger’s plea.
And by giving someone else a helping hand
We will be living life according to God’s plan.
In this way we can expect to see
The gates of heaven open to us for all Eternity.
54.
ETERNAL LIFE
You can’t give away more than what you have got
For there is no more than your entire lot.
For what you posses you are free to give away
It is yours to disperse of in any ole way.
Whether corporeal or incorporeal this stands true
You can’t give away something that doesn’t belong to you.
In this world you can have all that money can buy
But you must leave it all behind when you die.
If life’s Eternal then this must stand true
To posses something it must become a part of you.
The spiritual and the physical worlds can never blend
For that which you are will never have an end.
You are much more than flesh and bone
You have a Spirit that will answer to God alone.
God created you as a vessel for Himself to fill
With His love and justice He will instill.
God knows the value of the things you try to posses
And only the things of Him will pass Eternity’s test.
God created man to put aside his Earthly strife
He created us to share with Him in Eternal life.
55.
HEAVEN OR HELL
Are we living in Heaven or is this hell
By what act of judgment are we to tell?
We human beings are a peculiar lot
For when Christ walked this Earth we new Him not.
Wherever God is, Heaven can be found
His joy and Love will surly abound.
But we people could not understand
That God could walk this Earth as mortal man.
In coming here Christ opened up Heaven’s door
And His cross will keep it open forevermore.
In Christ we can see how Heaven will be
All life is to be reverend in His sanctity.
When Christ is not present inside of one’s life
It will bring about all manners of hardship and strife.
Our human nature is most often unwise
It falls captive to all forms of lies.
With selfish acts and deeds daily done
It is obvious we still don’t recognize God’s Son.
For when in Christ we learn to cohabit
There will be no reason for sins to commit.
Then this will be Heaven right here on Earth
Abiding in God sharing in our new birth.
56.
GOD IS KING
Why so few people choose Heaven I’ll never understand
Must have something to do with the stubbornness inside
of man.
Free will gives us our choice on how to proceed
We can live on our own or in God’s word take heed.
Mistakes, mistakes we will continue to make
Until in God’s nature we choose to partake.
This ego of ours is our own worse enemy
It will keep us blind so we will never see.
God is right and we are wrong
When will our ego’s quit stringing us along.
For if we choose Heaven we must make God King
Love and honor Him above everything...
57.
PRAY FOR GOD’S MERCY
To know what the saints know would make us all wise
We could see truth and beauty as if through their eyes.
They are united with God in Heaven up above
They are immersed in His never ending Love.
This is a true and fitting end to mortal man
For this is the ultimate end to God’s Divine Plan.
He created us all as saints to be
To be living examples of His sanctity.
Without God’s mercy no one could ever be a saint
Because Original sin each of us did taint.
If not for the Love and mercy God does posses
No living soul would ever be bless.
So if it is sainthood you would like to see
Everyday of your life, pray for God’s mercy.
58.
GUARDIAN ANGEL
Guardian angel you are God’s gift to me
With your help His face I will see.
He created you not to walk this Earth
But to guide me through to my rebirth.
In being born again I will come to understand
That I too am a part of God’s Divine Plan.
In His will I will live and reside
Thankful that you are always at my side.
GUARDIAN ANGEL
Guardian angel you have the beauty of a heavenly soul
You stand watch over us from birth ‘till we are old.
You silently observe all the action of every day
You are there too when we kneel to pray.
God has ordained a helper for you to be
To bring us back for His face to see.
Our consciousness is our means of awareness of you
Believing in what God has said to be true.
In faith we will be able to receive our reward
And that is to one day come to rest in Heaven with you
and the Lord.
59.
AS TIME GOES BY
Earth to Earth; ashes to ashes
Oh how quickly a life passes.
When we are young and life is new
We have time to see all of our promises come true.
As we go on time slowly slips by
With youthful zeal life is still very spry.
As seasons come and seasons go
We find out that there is more of life to know.
As we mature as woman and man
We realize we are a part of God’s Divine Plan.
When Love enters our life God does too
In this way He shares Himself with you.
In marriage He is the perfect blend
He offers you both true Love that will never end.
Though here in Earth our life is not endless
When a mate passes on the other is left so defenseless.
Nothing seems to end the hurt or ease the pain
You search for answers but find none to explain.
But remember God is still here with you
He partakes in your sufferings and sorrow too.
Time will now become your friend and help you see
Your love one is waiting for you in Eternity.
For in God’s world no one can truly die
They merely return to their mansion in the sky.
60.
EACH NEW DAY
Prayer should be a part of your daily life style
Not something you do just every once in a while.
Our Father is aware of us day by day
In fact He is conscious of everything we think,
do and say.
Prayer is our means of talking to the Lord
It is something we should hold in the highest regard.
Each day that we start off in sincere prayer
Will insure us that God will be there.
For God is not somewhere lost in space
His ubiquity occupies every place.
For God’s Holy Spirit penetrates us all
It is alive and well and awaits our call.
We call to Him each time we do pray
And there is no better way to begin each new day.
61.
LISTEN AND YOU WILL HEAR
The reason God seems so far from here
Is to few of us let it be His voice we hear.
It is so hard to hear the voice of Someone so great
Above the noise of the prattle and prate.
God speaks to us in so many ways
His Love illuminates all our days.
If you busily go to and fro
You will miss the opportunity for God to know.
For God does not exist at a maddening pace
He occupies a still quiet place.
From here is where you can find
The Love of God that brings peace of mind.
And if you listen with much intent
You’ll hear the message that is Heaven sent.
62.
EARTHLY MAN
Parables is the method Christ chose to teach
For it was not the Earthly man He was seeking to reach.
He knew the souls that were held captive by this Earth
Had not yet understood His message of a new birth.
For to be born again means to live life anew
To let Christ’s teachings in and breathe through.
Man’s true spirit must become awaken
Never again by corruption to be shaken.
For in faith there is great dominion
Power to change the most popular opinion.
Through Christ we can come to understand
That we each are liberated in God’s plan.
63.
TO MOVE MOUNTAINS
Faith is the instrument you must use
If to move mountains you do choose.
The mountains Christ speaks of are not the Earthly kind
They are the ones that originate and exist in man’s mind.
Hatred, trepidation, greed, and fear to name a few
Are the impasses that stop Christ’s light from getting through.
You can accumulate these things here on Earth
But none were present at your birth.
We are the person’s we choose to be
For we each were born with a will that is free.
If we choose to endeavor on an Earthly plight
We will exclude ourselves from Christ’s Light.
What Christ offers us is a new way to see
A chance from this world to set yourself free.
To employ what Christ has given to us
We must provide Him with all our trust.
In trusting in God with your whole heart and soul
Requires much faith in an internal goal.
What Christ offers this world could never give
What He has for us is a new harmonious way to live.
When it is Christ we seek after to find
We must lose all limitations contracted by the mind.
When this happens faith will combine with trust
To produce the world God has provided for us.
64.
GOD’S AID
May I always seek after what is pleasing to the Lord
Never losing sight of Him as my ultimate reward.
For in this Earthly life there are many attractions
Foolish things that create much distractions.
In this life I am only setting the stage
Having a glimpse of what is the presage.
My future is solely dependent on me
I am free to choose on how I will be.
When faced with decisions that are extremely hard
I’ve learned to put my faith into the Lord.
For you see this is a choice I have made
To become completely dependent on God’s aid.
65.
MUCH TO PONDER
Just as infinitively large the Universe is, the subatomic is
infinitesimally small
So that would put man plumb in the middle of it all.
No matter which way your thoughts tend to go
God has left much room for your understandings to grow.
He created a Universe full of wonder
God does offer us humans much to ponder.
Anything fully examined will direct you to its source
And here is where we will find God as the driving force.
In the full spectrum of the large and small
We will come to find God is behind it all...
66.
FATHER KNOWS BEST
God exist in Spirit and so do we
Our spirits will endure into Eternity.
Through Love God has manifested everything
All that is created stems forth from His Eternal Spring.
We are all connected to our Dear Lord
Bound and joined by a silver cord.
The silver cord is symbolic, this is true
For it is His Love that we are connected to.
Love is the one thing that will keep us together
For it is the only thing that will last forever.
Without Love chaos will arise
It will produce hatred, dishonor, and lies.
All of which will keep us asunder
Held captive to this world down under.
If we ever hope to rise to God above
We must participate in His kind of Love.
He Loves us one, He Loves us all
We each must intone our spirits to His call.
God, Our Father, knows that which is for our best
We must offer Him our love, and let Him do the rest.
67.
DWELLING PLACES
Although only a short time on this Earth Christ did dwell
The impact He had on us only time will tell.
What Christ did was to liberate us from sin
He showed us how to let a new life begin.
He told us we are to forgive and forget
He lived the example we are to set.
He gave all honor and glory to God’s Holy Name
He taught us we are to do the exact same.
What Christ brought into this world was change
He showed us our priorities we need to rearrange.
He told us God is to be first in our life
To put aside all foolishness and Earthly strife.
He foretold how we are to serve the Lord
To think of God as life’s ultimate reward.
And in this our lifetime only Christ will tell
If it be Heaven or hell in Eternity we dwell.
68.
THE YEAR OF OUR LORD
Christ did impact this world in a subtle way
His death is a part of each new day.
For you see whatever the date of today may be
It is always followed by the year and A.D..
A.D., ANNO DOMINI, and AFTER DEATH all speak
the same
They tell us it is Christ who we are to proclaim.
Christ did leave His mark on this Earth
It is His cross that is to remind us of His birth.
What Christ gave us no one else could give
He gave us direction on how we are to live.
With faith in our Father, and forgiveness in our heart
He showed us how a new life was to start.
When we have Love for ourselves and neighbors too
We’re on the right path of what we are to do.
When Christ’s impact is felt by us all
This whole world will be united to Our Father’s call.
69.
SPECIAL PLACES
When you need a special place to go
Look for a place where nature is allowed to grow.
From here it is where you can find
A place to rest a troubled mind.
God has provided many such places for us
For He knew this world would be so hard to adjust.
When each new day produces more and more stress
We must give ourselves the opportunity to rest.
We have to leave the crowds and maddening pace
And seek out a quiet place.
From here we can see the world God has created
And in its truth and beauty become illuminated.
God shares with His people everything He has done
He longs for each of us to be called His son.
From the peace and beauty He has created throughout this land
We should realize we too are a part of His Divine Plan.
Of all things God has caused to physically manifest
He does truly love man the very best.
70.
TRUST IN GOD’S PLAN
To continue the work Christ came here to do
Requires faith in a God who is true.
To trust and understand in God’s plan
Is quite a unique feat for mortal man.
The first thing we are required to perfect
Is that in God’s will we connect.
To join in complete service to the Lord
We must release ourselves from all Earthly discord.
This is to be accomplished by an act of free will
And through God’s grace He will instill.
He will direct and guide you to
The path He has predestined for you.
For God knew our human nature would stumble and fall
That is why He sent Christ to rescue us all.
In Christ we can release ourselves from sin
And with His grace let a whole new life begin.
A life that receives direction from God above
Is one that is filled with His Eternal Love.
From here we will enlightened enough to see
How we are to share in God’s Love throughout Eternity.
71.
THE PATH TO GOD
The path to God is a life long process
How and when we get on will determine our progress.
Life will present you opportunity to see things
God’s way
The choice is yours if it is Him you choose to obey.
The glint and glitter of this world will attract
your attention
Drawing you off onto the wrong direction.
All things in this world must come to an end
If to God’s world you wish to ascend.
Heaven can be right here on Earth
If like Christ you resurrect to a new birth.
To be born again means to live life anew
To obey the will of God that is inside of you.
The time to do this is always now
Have faith in God and He will show you how.
And when in life you have a decision to make
Trust in God on what direction you should take.
72.
TRUST IN GOD
Even though through sin we did fall
Trust in God for He still Loves us all.
God is Omniscient, this is true
When you atone for your sins He will forgive you.
Once with sin you do expiate
You will find you have opened Heaven’s gate.
For when the Love of God does enter your heart
You will find a whole new world about to start.
A world filled with never ending Love
Coming down from God above.
The hardships of this world you are not excluded from
But with God’s Love they will all be overcome.
For it is God’s Love we are here to receive
Trust in Him and all pains He will relieve.

74. IN GOD’S WORLD
In God you must become fully adorn
Be willing into His world be drawn.
For in these bodies we are only tenants
Existing here by the Love that God grants.
In His will we must learn how to live
From His mercy we will learn how to forgive.
In forgiveness we will be doing our part
To release the power of Love held in our heart.
The power of Love is held captive by so many things
But none from which the Love of God springs.
The human nature will have to separate
If in God’s Love we choose to partake.
It is in Spirit we must serve the Lord
Putting aside all Earthly discord.
For in God’s world only Love can be
Because it is the only thing that can endure into Eternity.
75.THE ACT OF CONTRITION
God can be reached by the Act of Contrition
When it comes from the heart on our own volition.
God does not try to win our love by force
Why should He, He is the eternal source.
We are the one’s who should do all we can
To earn the Love God has for man.
O MY GOD I AM HEARTILY SORRY FOR OFFENDING THEE
This is my prayer, answer by forgiving me.
Sin separates me from You up above
It prevents me from receiving all Your Love.
Only by the goodness of Your grace
Will You allow my sins to be erased.
And by the mercy that You do posses
My soul, by You, will come to rest.
